Preparation (serves 4-6 People)
Preheat oven to 180°C. Meanwhile, wash and pit the cherries.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and gradually add the flour and sugar.
Add the milk and the liquid cream and finally, the melted butter. Beat until liquid batter is smooth.
Line a round cake mold with bakery paper and place the cherries on top. Then cover the cherries with the liquid batter and place in the oven for about 40 minutes or until the mixture is set and the surface is lightly golden.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer a few minutes earlier so it is not too hard.
Put ice cream, pitted cherries, milk and chocolate chips in the blender jar. Blend everything well until it is a smooth mixture. Serve the smoothies cold.
If desired, you can decorate the shakes or smoothies with cherries and grated chocolate.
